40 Geographically Disparate Sub Consultants Collaborate through One Central Site

The City of Irvine needed a way to connect its 40 internationally disparate sub consultants for a $1.2 billion dollar project consisting of more than 1,347 acres.

The SharePoint30 solution integrated its project management tool, Primavera, in order to centralize access to all information.

To improve usability, SharePoint360 migrated content, implemented workflows and integrated with form server. SharePoint360 also implemented a full branding and design phase for the City.
